What healthy Iftar does for me

Had one of the healthier Iftar at home ever.

•sayur air
•sambal tomato
•popiah sayur (both the fried ones and the Chinese style)
•apple juice with aloe Vera
•daun salad with boiled eggs and tomato sauce

Sum it up in a few words

even when you feel senak (or too full beyond words), it still feels a lot better than being too full with the unhealthy food

How we had the healthiest food on the table? By coincidence.
